The Number 1 Success Tip: Copy it!

Have you ever wondered why there are so many educated people struggling to make ends meet while some virtually uneducated people are worth millions? Clearly, something more than education is needed to avoid ending up frustrated, undervalued and demotivated.

All successful people have something in common…

They KNOW WHY they do what they do.

Their work has Purpose.

Their work has meaning.

Success Worth Emulating – Steve Jobs (Apple CEO)

Born 1955 in San Francisco, he was adopted and attended the local High School.  After only one semester at College he dropped out and didn’t gain a degree.  Amazingly, he went on to be one of the richest and most successful people on the planet.

Although he did not gain higher education, he was continuously being educated – continuously learning BECAUSE he was continuously working at things he loved to do – things that had meaning to him.

Before he lost his fight to pancreatic cancer, Jobs (2005) brilliantly summarised what his success was all about,

“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.
Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking.
Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice.
And most important,
have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.
They somehow already know what you truly want to become.
Everything else is secondary.”

Many ‘educated’ people work from dawn to dusk, trading hours for dollars.  They have high levels of motivation, are very productive in what they do, and yet, they are still not successful.  It is worth questioning whether they are living a life of unique purpose, meaning, joy and personal significance, isn’t it?

If YOU are feeling frustrated in your job, it is time YOU asked the question, “What is my life purpose”.

So, regardless of what you do for a living, should you wish to emulate Jobs’ success, ConnEQt would like to share with you our six-step system to help you gain clarity and get you catapulted on your journey in life.
